Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Massillon, OH is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance staff and manage reliability programs across plant operations. You will oversee TPM, PM/CMMS, and capital budgeting activities, ensuring safe, efficient equipment performance and compliance with KHMS standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 1–5 years of leadership in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 1-5 years of related leadership experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• Must be familiar with maintenance management system operations.
• Experience implementing and maintaining TPM Systems.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems (ammonia refrigeration, boiler).
• Understanding of direct and overhead cost systems.
• Experience using, troubleshooting and programming Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days, afternoons, midnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance personnel to ensure systems operate at peak capacity to meet production schedules.
• Improves reliability and maintenance methods to reduce costs and avoid production loss.
• Determines equipment capabilities and safety conditions with supervisors and technicians.
• Develops cost-effective preventative maintenance procedures to extend equipment life.
• Leads continuous improvement of processes through equipment modifications.
• Coordinates corrective and preventive maintenance per procedures and budgets.
