The role emphasizes maintaining plant reliability, optimizing production and managing budgets and capital projects. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 10+ years in asphalt

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of asphalt operations, heavy civil construction, aggregates, or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing production operations and field construction crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of multiple asphalt plants in East Texas.
• Drive production efficiency, equipment reliability, product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, capital projects and operating expenses.
• Oversee inventory management and procurement planning.
• Collaborate with sales, construction teams and customers to drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
