Job summary
Printpack is seeking a Maintenance Manager at our Villa Rica, Georgia facility. This role leads the maintenance department, balancing hands-on floor presence with strategic planning to improve equipment reliability and long-term facility performance.
You will develop asset-management strategies, oversee the annual budget, and partner with Operations, Quality, Safety, and Engineering to align priorities with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and develop a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting.
- Hands-on leadership on the production floor while balancing strategic tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience implementing preventive, predictive maintenance and TPM programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance department to meet safety, quality, reliability, and cost goals.
- Develop and execute asset management strategies to improve equipment performance.
- Manage annual maintenance budget including labor, materials, and capex.
- Monitor metrics and drive actions to improve operations and resource use.
- Coach and develop team members and plan workforce requirements.
