Responsibilities

• Oversee facility and manufacturing equipment maintenance to maximize uptime
• Schedule repairs, maintenance, and installations with site leadership
• Lead technicians and coordinate downtime reporting
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and review capital expenditure needs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and OSHA standards
• Inspect equipment for conformance with operational standards
• Prepare maintenance reports for management review
