Job summary

Garland Industries is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance, facilities management, and reliability programs across multi-site operations in the United States. Based at the main facility, you will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in industrial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance leadership.
• Engineering/Industrial related degree preferred; or equivalent combination.
• Certifications in electrical systems, HVAC, pneumatics, PLC troubleshooting, welding preferred.
• Strong problem solving, team management, project administration, and data analysis.
• Must travel domestically and have valid driver license.
• Proficient in CMMS or ERP maintenance modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the plant maintenance team, assign daily tasks, evaluate performance, and prioritize workflows.
• Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for equipment, facilities, and utilities.
• Serve as escalation point for critical breakdowns and complex repairs.
• Analyze downtime data to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX projects, inventory, and procurement of parts and services.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and external service providers.
