Job summary

The Toluca Plant is seeking a Maintenance Manager to guide strategic maintenance direction and support plant operations. You will direct maintenance staff, ensure adherence to SOPs and GMPs, and drive reliability improvements across equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities include managing CMMS (MP2/JDE), overseeing preventive maintenance, coordinating capital projects, and promoting a safe work environment in alignment with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or other technical field.
• 3+ years managerial experience in maintenance or 5+ years progressive maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical repair, PLC, preventative maintenance, HVAC and plant utilities operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities including electrical and mechanical servicing and fabrication of production machinery and plant utilities.
• Provide leadership to maintenance and operations to drive accountability and results.
• Manage Preventive Maintenance, parts and storeroom operations, and CMMS processes.
