Job summary

Webco Industries, Inc. in Oklahoma seeks a Maintenance General Business Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership of the facility's maintenance function.

You will drive uptime, reduce costs, and lead continuous improvement in reliability practices across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems. You'll mentor Maintenance Shift Business Managers and frontline staff while aligning maintenance priorities with plant operations and corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of maintenance leadership within manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Proven success in preventive/predictive maintenance and reliability programs.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance Shift Business Managers and frontline staff.
• Establish and track maintenance KPIs (safety, uptime, MTTR, costs).
• Align maintenance with plant operations and corporate objectives.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and planning to remove bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, capital planning and forecasting.
• Lead reliability initiatives and root cause analysis.
• Build talent pipelines and succession plans for maintenance leadership.
