Job Juncture is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Pryor, Oklahoma area with extensive experience in industrial maintenance and reliability to oversee site-wide mechanical operations. This role drives strategic initiatives, optimizes asset performance, and fosters continuous improvement across a large-scale facility.

The ideal candidate brings deep trade experience, technical reliability expertise, and a collaborative mindset to lead a diverse team and manage complex vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in engineering, maintenance or reliability leadership in manufacturing.
• 2 years leading a maintenance department and coaching individuals.
• Experience with safe working practices: Lockout, PPE, confined space.
• Experience with capital expenditure budgets and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance safety culture and enforce safe practices.
• Utilize LEAN manufacturing experience to drive strategic plan and support LEAN methods.
• Drive asset reliability programs to support operations objectives.
• Participate in annual action planning and budget development.
• Prepare and execute investment and asset maintenance plans and ROIs.
• Engage and develop employees for personal & professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with Cascades business processes in the plant.
• Support maintenance team KPIs and quality of work.
• Lead plan to achieve targets in production capacity, costs, quality, and safety.
