Job summary

Webco Industries, Inc. in Sand Springs, OK is seeking a Weld Mill Maintenance Engineer to lead reliability and maintenance improvements for the weld mill.

You will partner with maintenance, production, and engineering to reduce downtime and boost equipment availability. Responsibilities include planning repairs, coordinating outages, improving preventive and predictive programs, leading projects, and ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with engineering principles applied to maintenance challenges.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to organize multiple priorities with a 3–6 month planning horizon.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication, including technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional project teams; high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CMMS effectiveness; analyze breakdowns, root causes, and repair time.
• Plan and schedule repairs around downtime; prepare parts in advance.
• Evaluate and improve preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead or support training to boost maintenance performance and standard work.
• Coordinate outages and major repairs with production and maintenance leads.
