You will implement best practices, develop preventive maintenance programs and establish KPIs to drive performance.

The role requires a B.S. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, 8 years of manufacturing plant experience (5 in a similar role), and strong People Management and project

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is required.
• 8 years of manufacturing plant experience required, at least 5 years in a similar role.
• People Management, Project Management, Safety and Environmental Management required; computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance and engineering activities for plant systems to optimize safety, quality, efficiency and cost.
• Implements best maintenance practices and processes.
• Develops and maintains preventive maintenance programs.
• Establishes and utilizes KPIs.
• Procures parts and materials for plant operations and turnarounds as well as routine and emergency situations.
• Builds and leads diverse maintenance teams and ensures high quality workmanship.
• Maintains constant communication across plant to minimize disruptions and support other departments.
