Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Manager in Hawesville, KY. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and performance of critical systems, leading a team and driving improvements across maintenance processes.

You will guide planning, scheduling, root-cause analysis, and modernization contributions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance asset lifecycle management and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
• 5–7 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• 8–11 years in leadership roles preferred for seniority.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance organization on corrective and preventive activities.
• Drive reliability roadmaps and asset performance improvements.
• Interface with contractors for project work.
• Develop and coach staff with safety compliance.
• Ensure KPIs are collected, analyzed, and reported.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, root-cause analysis and Preventive, Corrective, and Autonomous maintenance.
