Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a crew of Journey-level Mechanical and/or Electrical-Instrumentation (EI) employees
• Identify and implement improvements in process and equipment reliability
• Provide technical assistance and reliability leadership
• Oversee work planning and review work requests
• Manage and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and work order flow
