Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to inspect, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment across our plant network in the U.S. and Canada.

You will perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, crushers, motors, pumps, and related systems, while collaborating with operations teams to ensure safe and efficient repairs. Strong emphasis on safety, reading technical drawings, and adherence to procedures; welding certifications (3G/4G) are required or

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing industrial mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures and standards.
• Certification in 3G/4G welding or ability to earn.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment to maximize plant reliability.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyors, crushers, motors, pumps, and related equipment.
• Install, align, and fabricate components to support operations.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate work documentation.
