Job summary

Kroger Indianapolis is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily department activities across maintenance, operations, and warehouse. You will ensure safety, quality, and reliability while reporting to the production manager and closely following Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, lean practices knowledge, and strong communication skills.

• Experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Lean manufacturing practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily department activities.
• Ensure safety, quality and reliability across plant operations.
• Provide daily reports to production manager and others as needed.
• Maintain 85% reliability on production lines.
• Lead training and feedback for shift leads.
• Support SQF 2000 systems and food safety principles.
