Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ years in purchasing/parts room inventory or vendor relations.
• APICS Certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate supplier/part descriptions and inventory balances.
• Stock, disburse, and record parts for maintenance.
• Process purchase orders and work orders in maintenance systems.
• Generate routine and ad-hoc inventory reports.
• Assist with vendor communications and backorder resolution.
