We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technical Lead to oversee maintenance operations in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for supervising skilled trades personnel, coordinating maintenance activities, troubleshooting automated equipment, and ensuring facility and production equipment operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial automation, preventive maintenance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise daily maintenance and repair activities for production equipment, automated systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Assign and prioritize work for a multi-skilled maintenance team to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, environmental regulations, and applicable industry standards.
• Monitor maintenance performance metrics, including preventive maintenance completion, equipment downtime, and overtime.
• Manage employee schedules, timekeeping, vacation requests, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate procurement of maintenance parts, materials, and rental equipment.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and critical spare parts.
• Serve as the primary contact for facility maintenance services, including janitorial and waste management contractors.
• Conduct environmental inspections and coordinate waste disposal activities.
• Build strong relationships with internal departments, vendors, and service providers.
• Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of industrial automation experience, including project management responsibilities.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment and industrial control systems.
• Ability to work all three shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading maintenance activities and developing maintenance teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
