Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a plant maintenance/mechanic to repair and maintain rock crusher and fixed plant equipment. The role includes welding, fabrication, and daily safety checks at our Oklahoma operations.

Candidates should be able to read/write, follow safety protocols, and work varied shifts with overtime as needed. The position requires experience in heavy-duty maintenance, basic welding skills, and the ability to operate hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in heavy duty maintenance or equivalent.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and write and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose issues with machinery and perform preventative maintenance.
• Repair stationary equipment and conveyors; prioritize safety and quality.
• Complete required paperwork to maintain equipment and run the plant to Martin Marietta standards.
• Inspect and maintain maintenance truck and ensure good housekeeping.
