Qualifications

• 1+ years experience related to heavy duty maintenance job or equivalent training/experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in plant safety initiatives
• Ensure a safe work environment at all times
• Maximize performance of stationary equipment through timely repairs and preventative maintenance
• Prioritize backlog with Supervisor/Plant Manager
• Complete paperwork to maintain equipment and run plant per standards
• Inspect and maintain maintenance truck and ensure good housekeeping
• Prioritize SAFETY, then QUALITY, then Production
• Conduct MSHA pre-shift safety inspections
• Duties include checking, repairing or replacing pumps
• Ensure preventative maintenance services are completed as per Maintenance Module
• Train and coach other employees on maintenance practices
