Job summary

Qualifications
- B.S. degree in maintenance related field and five years of maintenance experience.
- Strong supervisory, leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read electrical, hydraulic and mechanical diagrams and P&ID.
- Proficient computer skills and analytical thinking.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to support production goals.
- Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Vendor review and qualification.
- Procurement of equipment and spare parts.
