Job summary

This role partners with Engineering and Production to plan preventive and corrective work, drives CMMS discipline, and supports asset handover and documentation to ensure continued manufacturing continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams at a manufacturing site.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and control issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and contractors across plant equipment and facilities.
• Plan daily maintenance priorities with Production and Engineering.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper permits during maintenance work.
• Drive use of CMMS for work orders, hours, parts, and history.
