Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Regional Technical Leader to drive maintenance excellence across multiple plants. You will lead a hands-on program to train operators and maintenance staff on blow molding equipment while ensuring safe, compliant operations.

You will recruit and develop a technically capable team, perform 1:1 and group coaching on the floor, and coordinate with vendors to secure parts and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 6–10 years in a high-output plastics manufacturing environment with hydraulic/electrical equipment knowledge.
• 5–10 years' experience in the maintenance field.
• Strong leadership and hands-on training skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% and operate across multiple sites.
• Proficiency with basic computer and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a technically capable maintenance team by recruiting, training, and developing staff to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
• Provide hands-on training and capability building 1:1 or in small groups on the floor.
• Help execute on-site troubleshooting and maintenance across sites.
• Facilitate and deliver training classes for Operators and Maintenance personnel on troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
• Establish relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely parts and services.
• Develop and enforce safety, regulatory, and emergency response plans; maintain documentation.
