Job summary

The incumbent will install, adjust, and repair blow mold and related equipment, perform tool changes, inspect components, and coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include basic math, basic computer skills, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Excellent attention to detail is essential for this role.
• OSHA forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizers and related equipment.
• Perform mold changes and tooling adjustments.
• Inspect and replace hoses, valves and pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Weld, fabricate and repair machines as needed.
• Troubleshoot faults and repair blow mold and support equipment.
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate tasks.
