Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Londonderry, NH. The role involves repairing, maintaining, and optimizing production equipment, including blow mold systems, trimmers, and palletizers, while adhering to GMP and safety standards.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail essential.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; forklift certification advantageous.
• OSHA forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain blow mold equipment and related machinery.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Install, adjust and repair molding, trimming, palletizing and related systems.
• Inspect and replace hoses, valves, and pumps; troubleshoot root causes.
• Assist with mold changes and tool changes; coordinate with other departments.
• Operate blow mold or injection machines as needed; uphold GMP practices.
