Job summary

Altium Packaging in Londonderry, NH is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a mechanical and electrical team. You will drive safe, effective maintenance for blow-mold equipment and oversee preventative programs to minimize downtime and meet production goals.

The role requires 5+ years as a plant-wide Maintenance Manager, with a engineering degree preferred. Injection/blow molding experience and PLC familiarity are a plus. A strong focus on training and cost control is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a plant wide Maintenance Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent—Engineering discipline preferred.
• Injection molding, blow molding or foaming experience preferred.
• PLC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a maintenance team to ensure safe, effective maintenance.
• Oversee a maintenance program with preventative and routine activities to minimize downtime.
• Lead repairs or rebuilds of equipment and document work performed.
• Develop and train maintenance staff for professional growth.
• Manage spare parts inventory and budget, ensuring availability.
• Analyze maintenance problems and implement corrective actions.
