Job summary

CKS Packaging, Inc is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team at our blow molding manufacturing facility in Naugatuck, CT. You will ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all production equipment, facility systems, and maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLC controls.
• Experience troubleshooting motors, drives, sensors, conveyors, pumps, and other industrial equipment.
• Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance issues in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and team management skills.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant maintenance activities, including mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventative and predictive maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Troubleshoot blow molding, auxiliary, and downstream equipment.
• Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support process improvements and capital projects.
