Job summary
Pro Services Workforce Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Mesquite, TX facility. You will lead maintenance, reliability and capital projects across three shifts, coaching seven technicians and partnering with Production and EHS.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in maintenance leadership, hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, a technical degree or equivalent, and experience with CMMS/ERP.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
- Hands-on industrial maintenance background with mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of CMMS and ERP systems and reliability of industrial equipment.
Responsibilities
- Lead seven technicians across three shifts.
- Champion safety and environmental, health, and safety requirements.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation issues; coach the team.
- Use CMMS to plan, schedule, assign and track work and push full workflow.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce reactive work and improve reliability (OEE).
- Oversee budgets, contractors, spare parts, and cost controls.
- Lead capital projects with budgets and resources; drive Lean/ TPM/ 5S improvements.
