Job summary

Antolin is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor/Engineer to lead maintenance programs across plant equipment and utility systems at our Kansas City facility. You will drive reliability, safety, and continuous improvement, coordinating repairs and preventive tasks for shifts across production areas.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance, at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and knowledge of CMMS, PLCs, hydraulics, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 3–5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing, 2+ years supervisory
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; Spanish desired

Responsibilities

• Provide functional direction for all equipment breakdown maintenance
• Coordinate equipment repairs across all shifts; respond to plant production and maintenance needs
• Evaluate downtime data, operating procedures, and equipment capabilities; authorize repairs or changes
• Utilize CMMS to manage data collection, scheduling, and maintenance priorities
• Oversee operation of plant utilities and ensure repairs and improvements are made
• Ensure necessary repair parts and essentials are available
• Direct ongoing plant safety and environmental programs; support audits
