Job summary

Antolin in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the safe, reliable operation of plant equipment and utilities, coordinate maintenance across shifts, and drive continuous improvement while meeting safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Proficient in CMMS and documented equipment records.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional direction for equipment maintenance and repairs across shifts.
• Coordinate repairs, schedule preventive/predictive maintenance, and optimize downtime.
• Oversee utilities and facilities maintenance including boilers, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
• Manage vendor contracts and maintenance staff resources.
