Antolin, a leading global automotive supplier, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Kansas City to support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot issues, and assist with installation and calibration of equipment.

The role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong technical and analytical skills, and the ability to work on-site in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing maintenance experience of 3–5 years, preferably automotive interiors.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong technical, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and reliable operation of machinery and equipment through routine and emergency maintenance.
• Analyze mechanical and operational equipment problems and take corrective actions to maximize production and quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and part replacements.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Assist with installation, setup, and calibration of new machinery and equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, documentation, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with shifts and departments to ensure consistent information flow.
