Responsibilities

Directs the maintenance programs and processes of the assigned plant to ensure timely and effective production.
Coordinates with other management staff to ensure efficiency in preventative maintenance and new equipment installation.
Oversees facilities design and inspection, equipment repair and installation.
Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
Ensures project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Oversees repairs and trains new employees in maintenance work processes and procedures.
Enforces health and safety rules and regulations according to state/federal laws and company protocol.
