Qualifications

5+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, or a related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance operations across all shifts, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable equipment performance.
Develop and coach maintenance supervisors and technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and reduce unplanned downtime.
Drive CMMS utilization, work order management, maintenance planning, scheduling, and asset history accuracy.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to improve equipment reliability and support production goals.
Monitor PM compliance, MTTR, MTBF, schedule adherence, and equipment performance.
Manage maintenance planning, labor allocation, spare parts readiness, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to improve maintenance effectiveness and equipment reliability.
