Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a maintenance manager in manufacturing.
• Proven success implementing maintenance best practices and standardized processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and multitasking.
• Leadership and core competencies including team supervision and coaching.
• Budgeting, cost control, negotiation, and risk management.
• Process improvement, problem solving, and analytical decision-making.
• Detail orientation and technical acumen.

Responsabilités

• Own the full maintenance function: installation, repairs, preventive programs, and improvements.
• Lead safety training, enforce policies, and emphasize safe equipment operation.
• Establish procedures, monitor compliance, and drive reliability gains.
• Schedule work, validate repair estimates, and document daily activities.
• Manage inventory and spare parts levels; procure critical components.
• Coordinate external service providers and hold them to performance expectations.
• Track expenses, manage the maintenance budget, and prepare annual requests.
• Drive equipment up-time and overall asset care.
