Glacial Lakes Energy LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and drive safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage projects and budgets, and partner with multiple departments to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Track A: High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in biofuels processes or related industry in Maintenance Management with progressive roles.
• Track B: Engineering degree; minimum of 5 years in progressive roles of responsibility.
• Experience with industrial maintenance equipment and systems (centrifuges, drying equipment, boilers, cooling towers, chillers, air compressors, pumps, valves, electrical circuits, 4-20 mA instrumentation).
• OSHA and EPA regulations knowledge; proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise, develop, and support maintenance team members.
• Plan and coordinate preventative, corrective, and proactive maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance projects, schedules, contractors, vendors, parts, and supplies.
• Partner with Plant Manager, Production Manager, EHS, Lab, and other departments to maximize plant performance.
• Assist with annual repair and maintenance budgets and capital expense planning.
• Maintain spare-parts inventory to minimize downtime.
• Track maintenance work orders and backlog.
• Support shutdown planning, equipment reliability, cost control, and continuous improvement.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Lead by example while building a collaborative, accountable maintenance department.
