Job summary

Industrial Resource Group is seeking a maintenance leader to drive reliability and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will lead the maintenance team, plan preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs and rebuilds to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance.

Plan and optimize preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and production equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance team to ensure reliable equipment performance and minimal downtime.
Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, rebuilds, and replacements.
Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
Supervise and develop maintenance staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with laws, codes, and regulations governing safety and environment.
Schedule and assign maintenance work, review procedures, and drive continuous improvement.
Analyze equipment performance and maintenance results to identify reliability improvements.
Coordinate repairs to reduce downtime and support uninterrupted operations.
