General Mills Hannibal Plant is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who will lead front-line maintenance teams to improve reliability and safety across the platform. The role focuses on building maintenance capability, problem solving, and data-driven root-cause elimination to deliver plant results.

Core hours are 5am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with on-site duties in Hannibal, Missouri. This role emphasizes safety leadership, schedule adherence, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years manufacturing, frontline leadership, or technical leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Lead safety and engagement-based technical leadership to achieve plant results.
• Direct leadership of the maintenance mechanics and ensure staffing, performance, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize team effectiveness and communication.
• Provide clear priorities and goals to deliver platform priorities.
• Oversee DDS meetings, performance metrics, and daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Maintain maintenance foundational systems, DH and BE processes, and documentation.
