Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2 years manufacturing, frontline leadership, or technical leadership experience.
• Bachelor's in Technical/Science/Engineering/Mechatronics.
• CMRP, MLTI, Eruditio Planning and Scheduling Certification.
• 4 years of manufacturing frontline leadership or technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership and risk reduction using Safety 2.0 principles.
• People leadership: manage and direct maintenance mechanics, staffing, and onboarding.
• Process leadership: lead DDS/maintenance meetings, improve systems, and manage defects and breakdowns.
