Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC).
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across complex equipment and systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 30 employees across maintenance and support functions.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement of molding and production equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and implement lean manufacturing initiatives.
