Electrical Automation Services in Oakdale, CA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, and support a fast-paced production environment on-site.

You will supervise technicians, drive PM programs, manage work orders and parts, coordinate capital projects, and ensure OSHA, safety, and PSM compliance, including ammonia refrigeration work with contracted teams.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong troubleshooting background for industrial equipment and plant systems.
• Experience working in regulated industrial manufacturing environments (food, chemical or similar).
• Familiarity with PM programs, work orders, and maintenance planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with plant leadership and maintenance staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across daily plant operations.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs, work orders, and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Coordinate labor scheduling, technician assignments, and weekly payroll approvals.
• Support production by minimizing downtime and responding to equipment failures with urgency.
• Troubleshoot and support mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls equipment issues.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
