Qualifications

• Minimum maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems.

• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and controls.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across daily plant operations.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and work orders to improve reliability.
• Coordinate labor scheduling and weekly payroll approvals.
• Support production by minimizing downtime and responding to failures.
