Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance department across shifts, driving safety, efficiency and continuous improvement. The role focuses on people development and achieving equipment reliability while coordinating with suppliers and internal customers.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of site-based manufacturing experience, with Lean Six Sigma experience highly preferred. Some off-shift and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations management or similar.
• 3+ years site-based manufacturing experience in Beverage/Foods or Consumer Products industry.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or proven project improvement.
• Strong leadership, initiative, and ability to mentor teams.
• Past success in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the maintenance team to achieve site goals.
• Solve daily operational issues and meet short/long-term targets.
• Drive the PC/EXT processing strategy with focus on safety and CAPEX.
• Lead FLNA food safety initiatives within the plant.
• Provide effective change leadership with minimal people impact.
• Build capability through hiring, training, and frontline communication.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues with suppliers and internal customers.
• Occasional work on the plant floor in various weather; off-shift and weekend hours.
