Job summary

OPmobility is launching a new manufacturing facility in Toledo, Ohio, and seeks an experienced and results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and drive reliability from day one.

The role focuses on developing maintenance strategy, predictive and preventive programs, leading a high-performing team, and partnering with Production, Quality, and Engineering to deliver plant readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• Technical certifications or equivalent expertise in maintenance fields required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive maintenance strategy for all plant equipment.
• Establish predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize availability.
• Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team with focus on safety and continuous improvement.
• Support plant start-up and commissioning activities ensuring maintenance readiness.
