Job summary

Toledo Tool & Die is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at our Toledo, OH facility. You will supervise technicians across shifts, coach staff, and drive reliability initiatives in automotive manufacturing equipment.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in manufacturing maintenance with leadership experience, plus strong robotics and PLC knowledge. Travel to other plants and off-shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Automotive manufacturing experience required, preferably in a high-volume automated setting.
• Hands-on knowledge of industrial robotics, automated welding systems, controls, and maintenance practices.
• FANUC and/or Nachi robotics experience strongly preferred; working knowledge of PLCs and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations across all shifts, directing teams to sustain uptime.
• Provide coaching, development, and performance management for maintenance staff.
• Develop and implement structured training programs for Maintenance, Robotic, Weld, and Manufacturing Engineering Technicians.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across maintenance disciplines.
