OPmobility invites an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our leadership team in Toledo, OH. This role drives world‑class equipment reliability, leads injection molding manufacturing performance, and builds a maintenance program from the ground up for a new facility.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in maintenance within high‑volume automotive environments, strong leadership, hands‑on expertise, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related discipline preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance and manufacturing operations in high-volume settings.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes and equipment.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead injection molding manufacturing activities with SHE compliance and safety focus.
• Drive performance, productivity, quality, and efficiency across processes.
• Establish and monitor KPI to achieve plant objectives.
• Develop maintenance strategy for all plant equipment and facilities.
• Support startup activities and equipment installations for new facilities.
• Build and lead a high-performing maintenance team and ensure safe operations.
