Job summary

Wolverine Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across Saline and Warren facilities. This hands-on role emphasizes maximizing equipment uptime and proactive maintenance of injection molding machines, robotics, and related systems.

You will lead a team, coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering, and ensure PM programs are executed on schedule while maintaining EMS and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical training; relevant experience.
• 4–8 years hands-on maintenance in injection molding.
• 1–3 years leading a maintenance team.
• Experience with plastic injection molding equipment and robotics is a plus.
• Willingness to travel between facilities; weekends/overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities and plan staffing.
• Train and develop maintenance staff to improve capabilities.
• Manage timecards and policy compliance.
• Ensure preventative maintenance and facility projects stay on schedule.
• Maintain PM schedule in IQMS (DelmiaWorks).
• Manage spare parts inventory and replacements.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including robots.
• Identify root causes and track KPIs to reduce downtime.
• Maintain EMS for maintenance and facilities.
• Support a safe working environment.
