Jobot is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Coordinator for our Central Ohio injection-molding operation. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee repairs and preventive maintenance on all injection molding equipment, and drive PM programs to minimize downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' maintenance leadership experience and 5+ years' injection molding manufacturing background.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing repairs and preventive maintenance on all injection molding equipment.
• Following preventive maintenance schedules and establishing PM procedures.
• Monitoring production to reduce machine downtime.
• Promoting a safe and clean working environment.
• Leading associates through clear expectations, feedback, and teamwork.
• Controlling manufacturing costs by tracking downtime and reject trends.
• Tracking inventory and requisitions for maintenance supplies.
• Ensuring safe adherence to work instructions and ISO procedures.
• Determining repair and maintenance budgets and keeping repairs within budget.
• Training associates in preventive maintenance and machine awareness.
