The Toro Company in El Paso, TX seeks an experienced manufacturing and facilities leader to oversee operations, maintenance and equipment reliability. You will guide maintenance strategies, CMMS optimization, and capital planning while ensuring safety and compliance across the plant.

The role emphasizes lean deployment, MTBF/MTTR targets, and leadership of cross-functional teams including technicians and contractors. A strong background in injection molding and SAP is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/manufacturing or related discipline.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in various manufacturing disciplines (Proven injection molding experience).
• Four years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, exemplary coaching ability team and employee/customer relations skills with all levels.
• Strong computer skills (SAP preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Develops long and short-range plans to align manufacturing, maintenance and facilities with core value strategies using lean principles.
• Establishes and manages a reliability engineering framework including CMMS optimization, spare parts strategy, critical asset management, condition monitoring, FMEA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leads equipment reliability strategy across injection molding presses and auxiliary systems (robots, dryers, chillers, temperature controllers, material handling, compressors, cooling) to meet MTBF/MTTR targets.
• Develops improved methods, layouts, equipment, techniques and processes to maintain/improve competitiveness of the manufacturing area.
• Oversees preventive maintenance routines and defines operator responsibilities within the facility.
• Maintains maintenance software system for access to work orders, scheduling, and metrics reporting.
• Supports capital planning to provide capacity, quality, cost control and asset protection.
• Monitors safety, energy, hygiene, fire protection, environment and security programs; ensures compliance with laws.
• Implements, audits and administers ISO policies and processes in manufacturing.
