Job summary

APC, the world’s largest producer of functional proteins, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop the plant maintenance team. You will supervise a crew, plan preventive maintenance, and coordinate with engineering and production for safe, efficient operations.

The role requires strong leadership, PLC knowledge, and a background in food processing or related industries, with a focus on safety and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Maintenance, Industrial Technology, Engineering or related field preferred/5-7 years of related work experience.
• Three years of experience in a food processing environment preferred; five years of equipment maintenance experience required; three years supervisory experience required.
• Strong electrical and PLC knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance crew involved in maintenance and installation of equipment and systems.
• Develops, implements and sets priorities for preventive maintenance programs to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Collaborates with engineering and production teams on layouts and facility modifications for new equipment.
