Job summary

JBS Prepared Foods in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking an experienced maintenance leader to drive the plant's maintenance strategy and execution. You will oversee automation, electrical, instrumentation and reliability with a team of supervisors and planners, aligning with corporate engineering for standardization.

The role requires a strong background in ammonia refrigeration, sanitary systems, and SAP CMMS, along with proven supervisory capabilities and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial maintenance, 5+ years in food processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive ammonia refrigeration and sanitary systems experience.
• PSM/RMP and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance execution activities for the Council Bluffs facility.
• Oversee the Preventative Maintenance program using SAP CMMS.
• Lead Automation, Electrical, Instrumentation and Reliability teams.
• Develop and mentor Maintenance Supervisors and Planning Supervisor.
• Collaborate with Corporate Engineering for standardization.
