Job summary

ADP is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Sioux City plant. The role is full-time days, leading the maintenance team, and ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability of production equipment.

The position requires a hands-on leader with experience in preventive maintenance, PLCs, and electrical systems, able to coordinate with Plant Manager and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1st class Hydronic License required.
• Ability to read, write legibly, and speak English.
• Must have a good work ethic and history of excellent attendance.
• Computer skills are required.
• Must be self-motivated and able to communicate and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and delegate work to the Maintenance group.
• Ensure the facility complies with safety regulations and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Review maintenance budget and work with Plant Manager on asset needs.
• Set working hours for the department and obtain approval from Plant Manager.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment as needed.
