MAC Trailer Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the plant maintenance department and ensure equipment runs reliably to meet production targets.

You will direct direct reports, manage inventory of shop and welding supplies, and oversee preventive and scheduled maintenance across facilities. This role emphasizes safety, collaboration with operations and safety teams, budget adherence, and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance field.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of safety rules and procedures.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate equipment inventory with service records.
• Perform timely preventive maintenance and updates to needed equipment.
• Coordinate with operations and safety teams to meet safety goals.
• Manage shop and welding supplies inventory to meet production demands.
• Supervise Maintenance Department staff and training.
• Ensure buildings and grounds are well maintained.
• Investigate and address safety concerns and injuries.
• Ensure tools and equipment are safe and properly maintained.
• Plan, assign, and direct maintenance work within budget.
